Fee Structure 2026–2027
Academic Training Hub publishes every figure openly so families can plan an entire qualification, not just the first payment. The tables below cover the International Foundation Year (Level 3) and Pearson HN Computing (Level 4 & 5) for the 2026–2027 intake, including admission, LMS, annual fund and tuition components.
Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and are payable per semester unless stated otherwise. Discount slabs, merit continuation rules and payment terms follow further down the page, so you can see exactly what a strong result at O-Level, Matric, A-Level or Intermediate is worth against your admission and semester fees.

What is included in your fee
Tuition covers timetabled classroom teaching, tutorial support and internal assessment. The annual fund covers library access, computer lab usage, campus maintenance and security. The LMS fee covers your learning management system account, digital course material and online submission tools for the year.

The International Foundation Year prepares students for Level 4 entry in the UK academic framework. The £500 international fee is charged by the awarding body and is shown above at PKR 190,000, converted at PKR 380 per GBP. The rupee amount payable depends on the exchange rate on the date of payment.
Pearson HN Computing – Level 4 & 5

Level 4 and Level 5 are delivered as one continuous two-year route. Tuition is invoiced across four semesters, and the LMS fee and annual fund are charged once in each academic year rather than per semester.
BSc (Hons) Computing Top-Up – Level 6

Discount policy
Discounts are awarded at the time of admission and apply to the admission fee and the first semester fee. From the second semester onward, fee relief continues on a merit basis tied to your grades.
Baseline figures: admission fee PKR 100,000 and first semester fee PKR 210,500. Minimum attendance required is 90%. In the tables below, D = Distinction, M = Merit and P = Pass.

Merit is reassessed at the end of every semester, so a student who improves from Merit to Distinction grades moves into a higher relief band for the following semester. Falling below 90% attendance withdraws discount eligibility for that semester.

Tuition is structured per semester rather than as a single annual payment, which already splits the cost across the academic year. Students who need a further breakdown within a semester should discuss a plan with the fee office at the time of admission, before the first invoice is issued.

Because it is paid to the awarding body, the rupee amount you actually transfer depends on the exchange rate on your payment date, which admissions confirms beforehand.
The admission-based discount applies to your admission fee and first semester fee only. From the second semester onward, relief is merit based and recalculated from your grades each semester, using the D / M / P bands shown in the discount tables above.
Ninety percent attendance is the minimum requirement across all programmes. Falling below it withdraws discount eligibility for that semester and can affect your progression, so students who anticipate an extended absence should notify the academic office in advance.
No. Both are annual charges. On the one-year International Foundation Year they are charged once. On the two-year Pearson HN Computing route they are charged once in each academic year, which is why the totals show a frequency of two.
